- Reporter is absolutely certain that the reported article or post is illegitimate.
- Reporter must submit accurate information.
- Reporter must fully understand the risk of being prosecuted for perjury when his/her report is inaccurate. Reporter must also guarantee that he/she is the owner of the rights or owner's official agent who can submit official report.
- Reporter's name, contact information, and report may be delivered to the user in question, who published the article or post.
